Roots Within is a collection of ten songs that invite a reconnection to our inner spiritual sanctuary. Topics range from the connection to our inner home, courage to be vulnerable, cycle consciousness, to dealing with the wild river of life. They open a door to self-reflection, self-empowerment and to loving acceptance of our true nature.

Roots Within is a big dream come true. The album arose from the years 2018 - 2022, a time when I was seeking my path and place in the world as a young mother. Finding myself on shaky ground, writing music has helped to nourish and feel my roots within.
